Community rules

Anyone who joins early access with the invitation. The community is for adults only.

Through the waitlist, one group at a time, in the order people confirm. Whoever uses someone's invitation joins their group.

The invitation is personal: it's for the person who receives it, and Sicilean s.r.l. can withdraw it if these rules aren't followed.

Early access and the community are free. Any usage limits are stated before building. When the price list is decided, the pricing terms will be written down before any payment, and nothing will be charged without your confirmation.

To use sample data when you try new things, and other people's data only with their consent.

Feedback is used to decide what to change in 1HERO. The team always replies, even when the answer is no, with the reason.

Giving feedback doesn't entitle you to payment, and the ideas you suggest may become part of 1HERO.

If a change comes from your feedback, your name appears in «What's changed» only if you want it to.

On Discord, people talk with respect. No advertising, no other people's personal data, no unlawful or offensive content.

Two people from the team moderate the server, under their own names. They can remove a message that breaks these rules, explaining why.

The 1HERO WhatsApp channel is one-way: it only carries how 1HERO is coming along, and followers don't show their number.

Not other people's data, or information the team marks as confidential.

During early access 1HERO may have bugs. Support replies within one working day, Monday to Friday.

Real data goes into 1HERO only after the security checks, as the manifesto says.

Today Hero doesn't build apps to download from the App Store and Google Play: it says so up front and suggests an app you install from the web.

Hero never builds apps meant for unlawful purposes.

First comes a warning, from a person on the team. If it carries on, the invitation is suspended. In serious cases, such as spreading other people's data, the suspension is immediate.

You can leave whenever you like: leave the server, stop following the channel, use the link in the emails. Your data follows the privacy notice.

Every version has a number and a date. Important changes are emailed before they come into force. These rules are governed by Italian law.
