The site is run by Sicilean s.r.l. Full company details are on the legal information page.

You can use the site to learn about 1HERO, join the waitlist and contact Sicilean s.r.l. You can't use it for unlawful activities, to disrupt how it works or to collect other people's data.

Signing up is free and doesn't commit you to buying anything. Early access is free too.

Early access opens one group at a time, in the order people confirm. The dates on the site are goals and may change, for example if a security check isn't passed.

Sicilean s.r.l. may change or close the waitlist, letting the people on it know by email.

You choose what goes on your card, and it stays yours. Don't add unlawful or offensive content, or other people's data.

Sicilean s.r.l. may hide or delete a card that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.

Everyone on the waitlist can bring up to three people. Invitations are personal and can't be sold or traded.

Taking part in the 1HERO community is governed by the Community rules, which you accept with the early access invitation.

The investors page, the presentation and the form are not a public offer of financial products or a solicitation to invest.

The data room belongs to Sicilean s.r.l., and access is reserved for people who receive credentials.

The 1HERO brand, Hero, the texts, the design and the code of the site belong to Sicilean s.r.l.

The press kit materials can be used to write about 1HERO, without changing them.

The site also links to services run by others, such as Discord and WhatsApp. Those services have their own rules and privacy notices.

Sicilean s.r.l. takes care to keep the information on the site correct and up to date. The site may have interruptions, for example during updates.

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you're a consumer, the protections and the courts that the law of your country gives you still apply.

Every version has a number and a date, and the history is on the legal information page. Important changes are emailed to people on the waitlist before they come into force.
